Online Ticket Booking Engine
The Authority is soliciting proposals for a qualified proposer to enter into an Agreement for the exclusive right and privilege, with certain exceptions, to install and operate an Online Booking Engine on the Authority’s website for Louisville International Airport (the “Airport”) for an initial term of three (3) years with two one (1) year period extensions for a total of five years.. The purpose of the Online Booking Engine is to provide for the general public a method to purchase airline tickets, rent cars and reserve hotels on the Authority’s website. Users of the Online Booking Engine should be able to establish accounts, view itineraries, save travel preferences and access online and telephone support.

REMANUFACTURED PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGE(S) Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspection on July 10, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. Bid Opening on July 19, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. The Authority is soliciting Bids from Companies who can provide all labor, management, equipment, tools, materials and supplies needed to provide Remanufactured Passenger Boarding Bridge(s) (the “Products and Services”) at Louisville International Airport (the “Airport”) for the Louisville Regional Airport Authority (the “Authority”), as specified in the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing and installing the Passenger Boarding Bridge(s) (PBBs). Successful Bidders shall be required to pay at least prevailing wage rates established by the Kentucky Department of Labor.
